Resveratrol Revitalizing Cleanse is a dietary supplement made by Applied Nutrition. The manufacturer claims that this product can help rid the body of toxins by removing waste and other materials that have built up in the digestive system. Applied Nutrition also claims that this product has anti aging effects due to the resveratrol and other ingredients with high levels of antioxidants.http://www.appliednutrition.com/products/cleansing/resveratrol-revitalizing-cleanse/
Active ingredients in Resveratrol Revitalizing Cleanse include Cascara sagrada, milk thistle extract, slippery elm and other herbs used for cleansing, as well as extracts of wine and red grapes along with natural resveratrol (as Japanese knotweed extract).http://www.appliednutrition.com/products/cleansing/resveratrol-revitalizing-cleanse/

A full glass of water should be taken with each dose.http://www.appliednutrition.com/products/cleansing/resveratrol-revitalizing-cleanse/
Safety and Effectiveness
Although resveratrol has been shown to possibly have numerous benefits (including Alzheimer's disease, heart disease and diabetes), there has not been sufficient research conducted on supplements to be able to say for certain whether they are of any benefit. In addition, supplements generally do not have anywhere near the same amount of resveratrol that has been used in studies.http://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/resveratrol-supplements
As for cleansing, it is not recommended by many experts. Health professionals claim that the body does not need any additional help in removing toxins from the digestive tract, as it does a perfectly fine job on its own. Cleansing can also sometimes be damaging to the health.http://www.appliednutrition.com/products/cleansing/resveratrol-revitalizing-cleanse/
